•Q. Are reservations required ?
•A. Reservations are preferred due to the preparation required to get the equipment ready for your rental. BBR Insurance liability coverage meets or exceeds the typical minimum bass fishing tournament requirement of $300,000 liability, ours is $1,000,000. If you intend to fish a tournament it is the renters responsibility to check with the tournament director to ensure this insurance is acceptable before renting. BBR can provide proof of insurance directly to the tournament director upon request. If you are unsure of your own personal insurance coverage while renting a boat, you need to call your boat owners policy provider if you have one, or your home owners policy provider if you have one. If you do not have insurance through either one of these resources, the renter will be held responsible for any damage caused to BBR bass boat rentals, LLC property. If trailering the boat, the renter is responsible for checking with their vehicle insurance policy provider to ensure they have adequate coverage.

•A. BBR will do everything possible to ensure the boat, motor, prop and trailer are fully functional and performing to the highest standard possible. If you notice a problem upon receiving the equipment, it is the renters responsibility to advise the trained operator/employee of BBR at this time before signing off and accepting the equipment. It is the renters responsibility to ensure they check everything fully before accepting the equipment using the equipment checklist on the captains waiver. A walkdown with the BBR employee/ trained operator is required and the waiver/checklist needs to be completed and signed by the renter before the keys can be exchanged. If you have any questions at the time of the exchange please feel free to ask questions to make yourself feel comfortable with the transaction at hand. We are here to provide a service, it is our goal to ensure you are 100% satisfied with our service. If there is a problem with the equipment which is not serviceable at the time of the transaction, BBR will endeavor to fix or replace the equipment or cancel the transaction.
•Q. What if I damage the boat I have rented?
•A. For the duration of the rental period, the Renter is responsible for any damage to BBR boat, trailer, motor, prop and any other property of BBR bass boat rentals, LLC while in renters possession. After the rental return please advise the BBR trained operator of the damage, we will do everything we can to fix the damage. We may need to use the renters deposit toward the repair costs. BBR will provide receipts for all work related to the repair of the damage. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, BBR will take the whole deposit and file an insurance claim to have the boat repaired. BBR's insurance company will then pursue the renters insurance company for payment of the additional repair fees. This would amount to the same if you were the owner of the vessel and had it repaired yourself.
